The Master Bedroom Suite of the 2013 Pasadena Showcase House of Design will feature a new line of marble from Walker Zanger called "Jet Set." This is a relatively new process where a water laser cuts intricate patterns into the marble using a computer program.

Pewter countertops by Francois & Co. will be a highlight of the kitchen by Saxony Design Build. Pewter countertops were made famous in French brasseries. They were sometimes called zinc bars, but in reality, zinc was never used. Pewter is low maintenance, lead-free, does not stain and will age with a luxurious patina over the years.
