2010 Showcase House and Garden Tour

Ticket Times
Tickets are available for House entry beginning on the quarter hour (9:00, 9:15, etc) as follows:
- Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday from 9:00 am until 3:45 pm
- Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:00 am until 7:45 pm
Showcase is closed on Mondays.
Ticket Prices
Prime Time: $35 in advance / $40 at the door (subject to availability)
- Saturday & Sunday: all day
- Tuesday through Friday: 9:00 am - 1:45 pm
Weekday Matinee: $30 in advance / $35 at the door (subject to availability)
- Tuesday through Friday: 2:00 pm - closing
Service Fees are additional; Shipping and Handling fees may apply.
We sincerely apologize that the Showcase property is not suitable as a handicap accessible or child safe venue. No infants or children under the age of 12 allowed on Showcase property.
Complimentary Parking and Shuttle Service to the Showcase House

NOTE: On APRIL 18, 24 & MAY 15, parking will be at the Parsons Corporation, 100 W. Walnut, Pasadena. Entrance to the parking lot and shuttle service is on W. Walnut, west of Fair Oaks Ave.
Please NO PARKING at the Showcase House at any time. There is no cost for the shuttle which runs continuously for the public beginning at 8:45 am until approximately 1 hour after the House doors close.
Ticket times are for House entry only. You may arrive on the property at any time during open Showcase Hours and tour the Gardens, visit the Shops or dine at the Restaurant. Please allow approximately 20 minutes to shuttle to the House from the Rose Bowl parking lot.
House and Garden Tour Instructions
- Flat shoes only
- No photography on Showcase property.
- No large purses, bags or backpacks allowed in House.
- Cell phones must be turned off while touring.
Showcase Ticket Booth & Will Call
The Ticket Booth is located on the premises of the Showcase House.
Will- Call Tickets must be picked up at this Ticket Booth unless otherwise noted.
Showcase House Box Office hours:
- Saturday, Sunday and Tuesday: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
- Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 9:00 am – 8:00 pm
Showcase is closed on Mondays.
To pick up a ticket order, you MUST present the original credit card used to make this purchase. You may also be requested to show photo ID. No partial order pick-ups. If you are unable to pick up your order because you do not have the original credit card in your possession at the time and place of pickup, we will not process a refund for this order.
Ticket Exchanges (After April 1st Only)

- $5.00 per ticket (plus any differential) will be charged for ticket exchanges.
Ticket Refund Policy
All sales are final, unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled, or th e facility is closed due to unforeseen circumstances. If the event is cancelled or rescheduled and you elect to receive a refund, you must return the complete ticket order, with stubs attached, to the address below. We must receive your unused tickets before a refund will be issued.

Return Visits to the Gardens, Restaurant and Shops
The Gardens, Shops and Restaurant at Showcase may be visited anytime without a reservation and are open during Showcase ticket times. Please note that infants and children under the age of 12 are not permitted on the Showcase property.The Restaurant and Shops open at 9:00 am and close at:
- 5:00 pm on Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday
- 9:00 pm on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
